Important Information Regarding Tower Asset Management, LLC.
Dear Valued Client:
The Investment
Advisers Act of 1940 (the “Act”) is the federal law which guides
and controls our relationship with you. Under the Act and
our Investment Advisory Agreement we are required to inform you
regarding any material changes that impact our company functions
and services provided to you. Therefore, in order to comply with
the Act, we regret to inform you that Tower Asset Management
will cease all of its asset management and business operations
on June 30, 2009.
The Tower Asset
Management employees will continue to finalize activities
necessary to conclude the unit's business operations. In
addition, we anticipate continuing our operations without any
reduction in our level of service to you until the above listed
date. Thank you for the confidence you have placed in our
firm.
